Make your wiki interesting.
Add documents, images, videos, audios, web 2.0 tools (like voicethread), and links.

Just like you wouldn't teach different subjects using the same tools or methods, you wouldn't create pages with the same items and format.
Add different things to your pages as needed to make it more interesting. Here's how to do a few things.

If you would like to edit text on a page:

Click on "Edit This Page" at the top of the screen. Type whatever you want right on the page, then click on "save".

1. Click "Edit This Page"
2. Place, or click your cursor where you want the picture or file to be placed on the page.
3. On the blue tool bar you will see a square icon with a tree in it. It is the icon for inserting images and files. Click on it.

4.a. To insert an image or document from your computer, click the browse button to find the file. Double click your file when you find it. Then click the "Upload" button. Your image or document will appear as a thumbprint in the dialogue window. Double click on the thumbprint and it will appear on the page. Click save to save the page.

4. b. If you want to upload a picture from the internet, open a new window in the browser, find your picture or page. If it is a picture, right click on the picture and select "copy image location". Then go back to the wiki page and paste (Ctrl+V) the URL into the URL box. Click "Upload". Your picture will appear as a thumbprint above the URL box. Double click on it and it will appear on the page. Click Save.
